Our annual Blue and Gold Banquet is Saturday March 1st, 2014 this year!Food, songs, skits, maybe some cake? Scouts, friends, parents, possibly cake I think…
The Blue and Gold is going to be on a Saturday this year to make it more convenient to families that normally would be rushed to attend the dinner during the week. Also, this allows families to not have to rush home, and hopefully a good, relaxing, an enjoyable evening for all.
Details were passed out at the last Pack Meeting. Cost, times, etc. There are basic details on the “Pack Events” page.
RSVP’s are due to your Den Leader soon.
See your Den Leader or any Pack Committee member for any questions or concerns.
Are you designing and building your car?? You better be! This years Derby is Saturday March 22nd, 2014. Information was handed out at the last Pack Meeting. More details will be on the “Pack Events” page soon.

It has been like a whole year since we had a meeting. Okay, it was really only a month, but it sure seems like a long time ago! This will be the can not miss meeting of the year.
Popcorn Prizes, Pinewood Derby Cars, some earned awards, and… well, PIE IN THE FACE! (So, be sure to bring your ponchos if you sit in the front row!)
ALSO, it is Recharter time. It is $20.00 per Scout. If your Scout would like Boys Life Magazine, it is another $12. This will cover your Scout for the whole year. National had raised the cost to $25, but the Pack, through our Popcorn sales, is covering $5.00 of it. So, that hard work has a tangible result for you all! Great job! Make checks out to Pack 933. There will be a leader assigned to collect recharter fees at the meeting. Just ask a “tan shirt” for help!
Popcorn Prizes and Pinewood Cars will be handed out after the meeting, see your den leader, unless they are still digging whipped cream out of their ears.

Thanks to all the Scouts that came out today for the parade. It was cold but I think we had a lot of fun. The kids we handed candy to seemed to be appreciative and also had a good time.
Special thanks to Mr and Mrs Hookey for hosting the Pack at their home before the parade and providing hot chocolate, coffee, and donuts for us all. Thanks!
It was cool to see the other community groups in the parade. There were quite a few Scout groups from the area in the parade along with our Pack. That was great to see all the different Scout groups.
Here is the view looking towards downtown during the parade.
